Mary-Ann and Bob welcome you to The Struan Inn, situated in a rural location on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park, just 5 miles north of the village of Blair Atholl. Ideally located to explore the Northern Highlands, the Struan Inn is just two minutes from the A9, the main route connecting the central region of Scotland to the north. Built in 1863, this traditional stone-built inn, complete with bar and restaurant, is full of character and is a delightful place to stay or dine.
The Struan Inn offers teas, coffees, light snacks, lunches and evening meals, along with takeaway food. Lunch and Dinner is available in our Clachan and Errochty Restaurants where all our food is freshly prepared and cooked to order. Our Head Chef Anthony Bristol takes great pride in sourcing the freshest local ingredients and has a passion for cooking traditional Scottish food, including local game dishes.
Guests can relax in front of the log burning stoves in our Bar and Deerstalker’s Lounge and sample our selection of malt whiskies. Beer and lager is available on tap and we also have wine, other spirits and soft drinks on offer. In the summer, additional seating is available outside in our beer garden.
We can cater for larger groups too and the Errochty Restaurant can be booked for private functions, seating up to 30.
A courtesy minibus is available for diners living or staying locally. The minibus seats up to eight people and we may be able to travel a little further to collect larger groups of diners. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Sorry no pets except assistance dogs.
